A detailed analysis and description of the position as well as the definition of a differentiated requirements profile are essential parts of the consultation. This can certainly lead to alternative solutions. In an exact briefing we first create an assignment letter in order to be able to recruit on an international level and to find the right candidate for you.
Our search and selection methods are differentiated, flexible and are based on the job and requirement profiles of the medical vacancy to be filled. In the search and selection of high-ranking specialists, we determine the needs of our customers in detail in an extensive interview. In this dialogue, we develop the requirement and competence profile as well as the environment analysis and jointly decide on the appropriate recruitment method. There are several ways to search. We ensure innovation and competitiveness, growth and employment.
When we enter the “Research” phase, we select the candidates that match your requirements profile for you. These will ultimately be addressed, won over and excited by us to work for you. When we enter the “Profiling” phase we analyze their competence, personality and potential in order to finally evaluate these candidates. We have developed a special test procedure and assessment center for the selection of skilled Specialists and Professionals. We assess the performance and qualifications of applicants very carefully in several steps.
We present the hand-picked pre-selection of suitable candidate profiles in a shortlist.
In addition, we give you an insight into the aptitude assessment and hard and soft skills of the applicant candidates in a 360° feedback. The following relevant items are tested for example: motivation and performance activity, team behaviour, planning and organizational competence, resilience, assertiveness, professional competence, leadership competence, conflict ability or communication. The questionnaire is answered and evaluated anonymously and serves to create an individual profile with deviation analysis. Also the feedback and promotion discussions are confidential.
Once you select candidates that you would like to meet without obligation, we will handle the organization of the interviews, like their scheduling and more.

During three phases we find out whether a candidate fits the requirements profile of your vacancy. First of all we evaluate all information in Desk Research and analyze it regarding the requirements of the search request. The result is a list of target companies in which suitable candidates and contact persons are suspected. With skills and knowledge concerning professional and organizational we work through this list of target companies and determine suitable specialists in the second phase.
