Not only will we accompany you at the start of your new job, but we will also examine and evaluate the efficiency and success of the strategies we combined in the process of your employment at a later date. Of course your current status quo is also being monitored throughout the time.
We offer special consulting and development programs for doctors from abroad
We offer several counselling and development programs, especially for foreign physicians that smooth the way for an easy and successful entry into German professional work routine. Therefore, practicing as a doctor in the new adopted country becomes trouble free and comfortable. Starting at an early stage we help to prepare international candidates considering their change of employment to Germany and support them, for example, in mastering integrative, formal, linguistic or professional aspects and obstacles.
We cooperate with several national and international language institutes and centers and help foreign physicians individually and personally, depending on their individual needs. Furthermore, we advise and support our foreign applicants in all bureaucratic recognition procedures for foreign titles, as well as with applications for all documents required to work as a specialist / physician in Germany on a national and regional level.
Career coaching for our candidates do not result in costs, as long as they are being placed by us in their new positions. Otherwise we would be happy to make you an individual offer within your budget.
