In order to ideally serve your vacancies, we examine potential applicants very closely in several steps. We create personality profiles, check hard facts and soft skills and record medical abilities, skills and knowledge.

We offer all-embracing development programmes especially for foreign medical professionals, which enable them to enter the German professional world smoothly and comfortably. We accompany international candidates at an early stage and help them prepare for the move to Germany. For example, we support foreign medical professionals in overcoming integrative, formal, linguistic or professional aspects and hurdles and in gaining a foothold in German hospitals.

Qualified applicants from abroad must definitely have very good and reliable German language skills – both orally and in writing.

We are offering development programs designed especially for foreign physicians that enable them to enter the German professional world smoothly and comfortably. We help international candidates to prepare for the job transition to Germany at an early stage and support them, for example in mastering integrative, formal, linguistic or professional aspects and hurdles.

We therefore cooperate with several national and international language institutes and training centres and help foreign medical professionals individually and personally to prepare for their start in German (professional) life.  Furthermore, we advise and support international doctors of medicine in all recognition procedures for foreign titles as well as in applying for all federal and regional documents required to work as a specialist/doctor in Germany.
